Do I need a boat license to rent?

No, you don’t need a Personal Water Craft Card (POCC) to operate our jets ski or boat. We will provide you with training and temporary operating license for the duration of your rental. However, you must be over 19 years of age and possess a valid Canadian G2 Driver’s License. You will need your ID with you all the time for identification purpose.

Is fuel included?

No, fuel is extra. We always prepare our jet skis full in fuel. We charge a minimal of $20 for fuel use. The final amount will be upon usage.

Do you take security deposit?

Yes, we take $1000 security deposit per jet ski.

Am I liable for damages?

Yes. You are fully responsible for the damages of jets ski. You will be charge the cost of the repair plus $250 per day down time.

Do you provide commercial insurance?

Lotus Marine Inc is fully insured marina, covering all passengers in case of an accident on the water.

What is the cancelation policy?

Full refund or reschedule if notice given 48 hours prior rentals, please do not use voice mail to cancel the booking, you need to receive confirmation from our staffs. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation for policy violations, personal safety, and weather conditions.

Can I rent if I can’t swim?

Yes, swimming is not a requirement, you will wear the lifejacket throughout the rental, it will keep you floating.

What can I bring (if applicable)?

What if I return late?

It is best to not be return late. We try to make every customer go on their trip on time. Returning the jets ski on time is very important to avoid late fee charges. Please come back to the marina within your return time to confirm with our staff about any change of plan.
