Slips and Land Storage
Lotus Marine has 122 covered slips and 12 open slips and a huge area for Land storage for trailers and boats. Our premises allows only members to park their cars while enjoying boating. Members have 24 hours access to the boat house and guest washrooms and enjoy priority on boat repair and maintenances.
We take boats up to 23 feet. You can store your boat in covered slips all year round without shrink wrap it during the winter. Since most of our slip members are renewing the rent every year, new customers could contact us to sign up on our wait list to get updates on rates and availability.

Rules & Announcements
Boat insurance is required to be presented and be documented before/at the time of boat arrival. The owner represents and warrants that there are insurance policy or policies currently in force which shall continue in force throughout the term of the rental agreement in connection with the ownership and operation of the Boat having limits of not less than $1,000,000 for third party liability including bodily injury or death to any number of persons in any one accident and property damage.
Parking pass(es) will be issued to members when season begins. Make sure to have it in the car where can be seen when come to the marina. Our premises is for members only, we wouldn’t want outside cars to occupy members’ spaces. If you forget your parking pass, please come to the office to register your vehicle’s information to avoid getting a ticket from the city.
Please do not fill in gas anywhere in our marina. Under the auspices of the Technical Standards and Safety Act,2000, S.O.2000,c1.6, vessels can only filled at the designated fuel dock. Under no conditions is gasoline or diesel to be transported from portable cans to a craft’s fuel tank in the harbour operated by the marina.
Members’ families and friends are very welcome to our marina to enjoying boating and having a lovely gathering. However it is the hosts’ responsibility to acknowledge the guests about the marina’s rules and regulations. Let’s maintain the marina’s environment nice and lively!
